Kevin Novak retired after a 31-year career in professional law enforcement. He held positions such as SWAT Commander, Assistant Precinct Commander, Range and Firearms Supervisor, Training Supervisor, and Public Information Officer.



Together with his wife, Laura, and her 30 years of accounting experience, they own and operate Novak Adventures - Dream Vacations, an award-winning, full-service travel agency.



We know first-hand the challenges faced by first responders in getting time off and the importance of getting away to rest and recharge so that you can be your best self, and at your best for your family, your coworkers, and the community you serve.
