We are always so pleased with the services provided by our vacation advisor Laura Novak! She is a very caring, thoughtful and intuitive person and offers us great service with a smile! We will be contacting Laura shortly to help us plan our next cruise! Our Panama Canal Cruise on the NCL Jewel Jan. 3-17 2025, was all we expected it to be and more and the NCL excursions were fabulous. Our Ferry trip across the rest of the canal was so much fun and we learned so much we never knew about the canal construction and current use. Our visit to the Green Turtle Farm was also fun and educational. Thanks Laura, Dream Vacations & NCL for another wonderful vacation!

Laura and Kevin Novak, our Dream Vacations professionals, were exceptional and provided a wonderful experience for us. They patiently guided us through the booking processes and assisted our entire group of 14 in multiple ways to ensure that we had quality time together. Working with the Novaks planning our vacation to Secrets Cap Cana Resort was a pleasure. Laura was always so fast replying to our questions and gave us excellent advice. The resort was awesome and we both loved every minute of our vacation.

My Dream vacation to Costa Rica was everything | wanted. The resort where we stayed was beautiful and accommodating. Everything you could want or need was provided. We took a boat excursion and we're able to experience the beauty of the country as well as the wildlife of the region. I returned home very relaxed which was the goal. All of our travel accommodations were taken care of expertly by our team at Dream vacations. Thank you for a trip of a lifetime.

We had a very easy process booking our cruise with Laura Novak. It is great having someone to advise you on things like insurance for the trip and choosing cabins. Without asking, we had Laura checking on credits for price drop on cruise and follow up on excursion credits for canceled excursions for us. Laura did a great job and took all the worry out of us having to call to follow up on things and made special arrangements for our honeymoon!

We finally have a honeymoon booked and we are headed to 10 nights in Greece We literally are so excited, can't believe we're pulling it off, and can't thank Laura and Kevin enough for making this as easy for me as humanly possible to plan the most amazing trip.
It really is so special to me to have them be part of this wedding process for us because they have been in my life, like family to me, and never more than a phone call away for so long (since 1 was 8).

Laura and Kevin were a pleasure to work with. We have never vacationed internationally and they made it a great experience. They were always available to answer our questions, they updated us regularly on flight changes and checked in with us after arrival to make sure we arrived safely.
